Information in the forms

When you contact us, we process your name, company name, work email, selected topic and message. You may optionally state the approximate number of users in your company. For questions about Workspace, the information is used to handle your enquiry about the platform.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to answer enquiries and hold a dialogue about your company's needs. The applicable legal basis and assessment of legitimate interest must be determined ahead of launch. A contact enquiry does not mean consent to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Form enquiries are stored in the website's Lovable Cloud storage and are not publicly readable. Final deletion routines and retention periods are to be set by Enkvaro. Avoid sensitive personal data, passwords or other secrets in your message.

Suppliers and transfers

Lovable Cloud is used for the website's forms. Hosting region, sub-processors, agreements and any transfers outside the EU/EEA must be documented and approved before production. We therefore do not yet guarantee exclusively EU or Nordic processing.

Cookies

The website has no analytics of its own, advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting platform's technical processing needs to be included in the final review.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and, where applicable, restriction, objection or data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
